Appointment Information

Prior to the Initial Exam, you will be sent a packet (Digital Intake Form) of information, to your email, for you to fill out and sign where indicated on your Digitial device. Taking photos of your Health Insurance cards and Driver's License will also be available if you have access.  Otherwise bring those cards with you to the first visit along with your medical history and list of medications and supplements, if not already entered in the packet sent to you.

The Initial Evaluation will include a comprehensive postural and movement exam, noting areas of restrictions.  Standard tests, special tests, and palpatory (manual) tests will also be included to understand where the myofascial lesions are present.  This will give us a starting point to create a Plan of Care.

After the evaluation portion of the Initial Exam, the patient/client will receive their first treatment with a focus on the patient's greatest concern.

Follow-up appointments may also include one or more of the *Treatment Options depending on how the Patient is presenting and the patient's response to treatment.  Though manual (hands-on) MFR will be the primary approach.
